Anthony Conover, Owner and President of CBM, has over three decades of janitorial experience: from being part of the janitorial team to transitioning to a business owner leading teams of his own. This provides him with a unique personal approach that allows him to anticipate his clients’ specific needs and support his staff, allowing both to thrive despite market changes or challenges. Mr. Conover stands proud of the past and the future of his family-based company.

OWNER AND PRESIDENT

Mr. Conover started his career as a janitorial staff member in 1990. Over the years as his knowledge of the industry grew, he took advantage of an opportunity to go into business for himself in 1998. Today he has a thriving commercial cleaning business. Additionally, his expertise in sourcing effective janitorial teams has enabled him to launch a warehouse staffing division of the company as well.

MARIA PAGOADA

SERVICE COORDINATOR

Maria Pagoada had previously held positions as a supervisor on a perfume manufacturing line and as a manager of a retail store before joining CBM Janitorial Services in 2016 as a Janitorial Team Member. Her previous experience in efficiently managing line staff quickly led to her promotion to a Supervisor position, and then in 2017 she was promoted to Service Coordinator. She is an integral part of CBM Janitorial Services, where she is an accomplished and understanding leader who makes sure that the Janitorial Team Members are meeting customers expectations and addressing any customer concerns quickly and proficiently.
