You will be assigned a Service Coordinator to oversee the execution of our services. They will act as a liaison between our team and yours to ensure all of your needs are being met. He or she will also create your Custom Cleaning Schedule, which will include specific cleaning instructions to properly train supervisors and janitorial teams. Using leading janitorial software, your Service Coordinator will continually receive real-time feedback from janitorial teams, supervisors and you, our client so that our communications lines stay open at all times.
